Before you vacate

We’ll pause further direct debit payments, but please don’t cancel it yet — you may be due a refund, which we process via direct debit. Refunds take up to 14 days after vacating.
You’ll receive a text with the keysafe code for returning your key. Unless instructed otherwise, please lock the unit.
Sweep the unit out and remove all belongings and rubbish, then submit the Vacated Form with a photo of the empty unit.
