Once you’ve given notice on your unit, we’ll text you with the details of the key safe to return your key. Please sweep out the unit, close the doors, and complete the vacated form so we can cancel your storage agreement.

Notice is just two full weeks, submitted via the online form. You can move out at any time during these two weeks, but you’ll be charged for the full period.

We automatically email a VAT invoice every 4 weeks. If you need a copy, just send us an email.

If you lose the key to your lock, don’t worry! We can arrange a replacement lock, there is a charge of £24, just send us an email asking for this to be arranged.
If you’ve changed your phone number, the gate will not recognize your new number, so it will not open for you. Please email us your new number, and we’ll make sure the system is updated so you can access the gate without any issues.
