Really great company. Rented a container for almost a year during house renovations, and couldn't have been happier with the price or service. Unlike the national chains there was no pressure to take out insurance (that's entirely down to you) and as a result the total cost was much lower.Good customer service too. There were a couple of times my number wasn't recognised to open the gate, including very early on a Sunday morning and very late on a weekday evening , and they answered the phone immediately and sorted it out.
Jonathan the owner is an absolute gem - he responds immediately if there are queries, he clearly cares about the service his family business provides. The units are clean, dry, secure. The automatic gate is operated securely from customers‘ registered phones and access to well lit site is 24/7 that way. As a single female I felt safe at all times. Jonathan’s parents live next to the site.
Rhino provided the best solution and service during a very difficult time for our family. Jonathan always replied quickly, and the whole process was handled with care and professionalism for everyone involved. Do I need insurance?
- Insurance is not included, and items are stored at your own risk. You can purchase insurance separately from Insurastore.com.
What's the min/max. time I can store?
Experience ultimate flexibility with our rentals—there’s no minimum or maximum stay! Simply give us 2 weeks’ notice and pay for a minimum of 2 weeks’ rent at full price.
What can't I store?
For safety and legal reasons, the following items cannot be stored in our units:
- Hazardous materials – Flammable, explosive, or toxic substances, including gas canisters, fireworks, and chemicals.
- Illegal items – Any stolen goods, illicit substances, or firearms.
- Perishable items – Food, plants, or anything that could attract pests.
- Living creatures – No animals, insects, or humans can be kept in storage.
- Strongly scented items – Anything that could affect neighboring units, such as open paint cans or certain chemicals.

Can I store my caravan or car?
Yes we can store cars subject to space availability so please chat to us. Unfortunately, we don’t offer storage for caravans.

Cancel for free up to 48 hours before your move-in date. There’s no minimum stay, but you will be charged two weeks at the full price. To move out, you must give two weeks’ notice using the form ain the customer help section
